• To process any return or exchange, customers must provide a continuous, unedited opening video showing:
• The package from all sides (360° view) before opening
  The entire unboxing process in one uninterrupted recording
• This video is required for claims involving damage, missing items, or incorrect product/size.
• ⚠️ Requests without a proper opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

✔️ Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Not eligible: Sale items and customised products without zippers.

✔️ Accepted Reasons for Exchange

Exchanges are allowed only if

The item is defective,

• A wrong product was delivered, or
• A size exchange is required (subject to stock availability)
• Replacements will be shipped within 2–3 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
