Return or exchange requests will be acceptedΒ only if:
- The product isΒ damaged or torn at the time of delivery, or
- AnΒ incorrect size or wrong itemΒ has been sent by the vendor
The opening video will be used asΒ authentic proofΒ to raise claims with the seller.
