Return & Exchange Policy
📸 Mandatory Opening Video
- To process any return or exchange, customers must provide a continuous, unedited opening video showing:
- The package from all sides (360° view) before opening
The entire unboxing process in one uninterrupted recording - This video is required for claims involving damage, missing items, or incorrect product/size.
- ⚠️ Requests without a proper opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
✔️ Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Not eligible: Sale items and customised products without zippers.
✔️ Accepted Reasons for Exchange
Exchanges are allowed only if
The item is defective,
- A wrong product was delivered, or
- A size exchange is required (subject to stock availability)
- Replacements will be shipped within 2–3 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
📦 Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

- Wrong size chosen by the customer
- Quality or preference‑based concerns
- Fit or comfort issues
